The quality and performance of counterfeit SKF products are unpredictable. The function of counterfeit bearings will quickly degrade and fail, even leading to catastrophic problems, endangering the safety of operators and the environment, and causing production stoppages.
Note that price is not a sign of whether a product is counterfeit: the price paid by users to counterfeit products is close to the price of the real product.

Always check these warning signs. If you are unsure, please contact us promptly:
If an unauthorized supplier promises a short lead time, while SKF usually has a long lead time for delivering the product, it is important to be cautious.
2. Counterfeit product suppliers may also provide certificates to prove that the products are authentic SKF products. But such certificates are not trustworthy. ​
3. Failure to install and/or premature failure may be signs of counterfeit products. ​
The best way to ensure the authenticity of products is to purchase them through authorized SKF distributors.
