Chenghai New Energy is building a new manufacturing base in Changzhou Tianning High-tech Zone, with an investment of 400 million yuan in the first phase and an area of about 40 mu to build the core components manufacturing center of wind power and product technology research and development center. After the construction, it will work with North China Electric Power University and China Electric Power Association to build academith mobile station, practice base of New energy College of North China Electric Power University, school-enterprise joint laboratory, etc., and create a new energy headquarters of Chenghai with "government, industry, education, research and application" in one.
